NRL Telstra Premiership Round 6 - Rabbitohs v Bulldogs
Friday 06 April 2012
RABBITOHS v BULLDOGS – it’s rugby league’s ultimate Showdown.
The two NRL clubs that call ANZ Stadium home will clash on Good Friday (6 April), which is also the busiest day of the Sydney Royal Easter Show at Sydney Olympic Park.
To accommodate the big footy Showdown on Show Day, integrated ticketing has been introduced, which means all event tickets and Rabbitohs and Bulldogs club membership passes include travel on public transport to and from the game.
The initiative is a joint effort from Transport NSW, ANZ Stadium, the NRL, Sydney Olympic Park Authority, the Rabbitohs and the Bulldogs.
Good Friday is traditionally the biggest day of the Easter Show, with up to 120,000 people soaking up the atmosphere at Sydney Olympic Park. An additional 30,000 fans are expected at ANZ Stadium for a real party-like atmosphere.
Due to the high volume of people expected, parking stations at Sydney Olympic Park will fill before the 4pm kick off between the Rabbitohs and Bulldogs.
